Warning: Hall nissan
Ok, just this morning, i took my mitsubishi eclipse into the Churchland hall nissan, because the local mitsubishi dealership send their car repairs there.
So took my car in for a recall on the ball joints, which turns out to be fine, but to figure that out it took them about 3 hours.
But here is the kicker, when i got my key back and drove off, i noticed a slight burn spell, didn't think nothing of it, then i drove futher and i started to get this terrible noise from the engine. It sounds like metal hitting metal, so i pulled off to make sure it wass coming from the engine and it was.
So i drove back to the dealership and looked at and blamed it on the AC pully gone bad. But the thing is, it is not coming from the pully and coming from within the engine.
My idea of what might of happen, is that one of the mechanics redlined my car for a long period of time because the mechanioc that actuaslly worked on my car said a guy ssaw that i had a turbo on it and was "into" turbos.
So what dod you guys think, redlined and burned my engine up or what.
Sorry for the long post, it just pisses me off.

That sucks. There's not much you can do unless you can prove beyond any reasonable doubt that the mechanic "abused" your car. I was in a similar scenario with my civic about 2 years ago. I took my car to Riddle Honda (now First Team) on Western Branch Blvd for repairs. Only, I was walking into the parts department when the mechanic was revving my car in the garage to hear the blow-off valve. I calmly asked the service manager how revving my car to 7K rpm had anything to do with the replacement of a tie rod end. That was the last time I ever let anyone else work on the car unless I was standing over their shoulder.
One more thing to add... all the dealerships on Western Branch Blvd suck. That's the worst place in the Hampton Roads area to buy a car and or have it serviced.

you dont want "young people" working on your car, as 90% of the time they will be the one to fuck with it.
I dont take my car anywhere to get serviced, fuck shops.
