yea u just need the 97-99 headlights, after that it just bolts on

I took off my bumper last week and replaced it with a 97 eclipse bumper. I bet you can take it off in an hour and put it back on in alittle more time than that. As for bolts,more or less, there are 5 under the hood at the beginning of the bumper, one on each side in the wheel well where the bumper starts, 2 on each side behind the side marker (just pop it out and you will see them), and a bunch on the bottom. There are also two under the headlights but my suggestion would be to just forget these. I just pulled really hard on my bumper and the holes stretched until they broke. It really has no effect on how your car will look. It has enough support already so this doesn't really make a difference. If you do take off these bolts it will be a lot harder. They are very hard to get off i assume. I don't think it is worth it. You may want to pick up an owners manual if you are unsure where the bolts are. I did it without one and did have any trouble so it is not necessary. Well, good luck.
