Default Question bout my 98 tegra LS?

Aight When I reach about 50 mile per hour and over.....When I press the gas my rpm gauge jumps about 400 then drops back 400 and theres a slight pull back.........Just put 40 dollar ngk's in it their gapped correctly...New spark plug wirs too.........Just wondering what else it could be...

Distributor cap? Rotor? Sensors? timimng off? Could be a number of things its hard to tell with no cel. Start adjusting things and see what happens...trial and error is the only way sometimes.
