Yeah i went to court today for my reckless driving ticket of gurls hanging out sunroof and window.. i got 6 months porbation, driving improvement school and have to show her my dmv record/remote card at next court day..

 

i went today for spinning my tires(reckless) the judge basically asked the cop if he was stupid...he gave me improper driving, but i appealed it.

 

that sucks man.

 

I went to court twice for reckless both of them for speeding. first one I just got a fine of $300. Second one I got a lawyer and had my speedo caliabrated even thought the speedo was off but in the wrong way I got it reduced to speeding helps when your lawyer is cousins with the judge.

 

shit i got a 95 in a 45 and a racing ticket. now im 1400 dollars in debt to the commonwealth of va and im not driving for at least 60 days, may be up to 6 months.plus i have 80 hours community service.

 

I got a 85/55 ticket, trooper gave me reckless and the judge gave me a $90 fine. No probation, no improvement school, no suspended license :-)

Damn shortfuse. Sounds like you got screwed big time. You should have gotten a lawyer.

 

I've been lucky enough to get NO moving violations so far. (knock on wood). I have though, been pulled about 40 something times for non moving violations and have gotten a MASSIVE amount of those type of tickets. But who hasnt???

Actually he got off light considering the Commonwealth can impound your car for racing and give you some jail time.
