Quit leeching off your parents.
Nice 1600 sq ft house off of Little Creek Rd in Norfolk. Two stories, with the room for rent upstairs w/ walk in closet. House consists of a large living room, dining room, bar, kitchen, laundry room, 2 foyers, computer room, upstairs loft, 1 bathroom (soon to come upstairs bathroom), detached garage, 25ft above ground pool w/ wrap around deck, drive way that could easily fit five cars. Rent would be appx $500 monthly ($370 for rent, plus gas, electric, sewage/water). House is furnished, but room isnt. I work in Portsmouth so carpooling could be optional to surrounding area.
