Default 2005 WRX STi

Seems Subaru is making some improvements in the ride and looks for the 2005 STi. So those in the search of an WRX may be able to talk a salesman down on a 2004 model. Might want to click here

Power figures remain the same for the U.S.-spec car, 300 hp and 300 lb-ft.
Not bumping up any power on this side of the water.

As I see it the STi and Cobra are in direct competition for us 1/4 junkies. And choosin between a Cobra and a STi ain't no choice at all.

mi amigo darell has the new 2005 wrx sti...the only thing that is different i think is the rear fender flares, the shift light in the instrument cluster, the headlights, the cool intercooler water sprayer, and the adjustable remote headlight aimers. ehh, but my other friend still smokes him with his regular 2002 wrx. Not much of a performance improvement, just the little changes. I like his wheels though and brakes.

If you dont believe me, go to gainsville goodyear durign the mornings, he works, go ask him

i know im leaving out the trim and all that. The seats are really nice! luv em. Shifter is really cool too, have to lift a little lock under the shift knob to go into reverse. hehe, why mod this car, its cool enough stock.

Also got a front Helical LSD, stiffer springs, rear aluminum suspension peices, and increased chasis stiffness. From what I've read alot of the understear has been decreased with the LSD.
