How do you tow an AWD car?
do you have to use a flat bed??

Flat bed or wheel lift tow truck with the dolly.

so does that mean that the rear wheel can be left on the ground and just put the car in neutral?

no , you need to use tow dolly for the rear wheels , they have wheels on them and strap to your rear wheels.

why couldnt the car just be left in neutral and towed like a normal car? ive had my all time 4wd jeep towed before and it was fine.

because even though the car is in neutral , if the drive wheels are moving the tranny is still spinning and CAN cause damage

for short distances towing with the rear wheels on the ground is ok...but not reccomended.

its not ok always tow it with a flat bed or your going be looking at alot of expenses
