buying a car...
hey guys, im posting this for a friend because i know you guys know best...
here's her deal
currently she has a 32 sentra that is beat to high hell and back and she just wants something that doesnt flood, overhear, etc...
she has a steady job and makes about $10/hour
can put down about $500 and make monthly payment up to $275-300/month and has "O.K." credit
she's looking for anything reliable that can get her from point A to point B, she doesnt "rice" out cars, so that's not a factor, maybe something like a corolla, escort, stratus, focus, etc...alos hopefully something a little newer
so if anyone knows of any dealerships that work really well with people at hooking them up with payment plans, or if you can offer any sort of advice, anything helps.
thanks in advance guys

Re: buying a car...
If she can qualify for a loan and has OK credit tell her to check out R&R Motors on LittleCreek Rd. Talk to Kenny Rae, he can probably get you in something newer for a decent price. All his cars are fully checked over and they repair anything thats wrong.
If she can get a loan from a bank on her own, then I would say look around for a private seller, you will get a better deal usually.

go to the bank, get pre approved, then go look for cars, tell the dealer you have cash (cuase you do and you know what you can spend). money talks at dealerships.
seriously im gonna get flamed for this, but oh well, tell her to get a saturn. they are reliable, fun little cars.
