i just got back from skip barber racing school in connecticut...



where i drove the fucking shit out of a 2004 SRT-10 dodge viper. and i dont mean just in a straight line. i threw that motherfucker into corners, understeered the hell out of it, spun it once, ran it on a road course, etc. that bitch is bad.

well... pretty bad... my car's a little faster


but anyways, any of yall seriously looking into skip barber should look a little harder. i feel as though i am a MUCH better driver now on the road course and just in general a safer driver on the highway. they teach you how to pick your line in a race, control under/oversteer, pretty much anything youre going to encounter in autocross and daily driving. and the best part is, theyre not your cars. so you can just go balls to the fucking wall with them and not feel bad haha.

it was $1300/person + lodging. a full 2 days of hardcore driving + classroom time, bangin lunches etc. i did the ultra high performance driving school. i have a feeling im going to do the indy car racing school next summer. it's 3 days of serious non-stop hauling ass driving. this whole class kinda opened my eyes to cars being fast in something other than a straight line... but im not changing a damn thing on my z28. time to buy an s13 or something
