Arrow Alarm installation.......

I purchased an alarm and want to learn how to install it myself. I have my door handles shaved and i have actuators in the doors now. I was wondering how i wired the alarm to the actuators to allow a keyless entry. The alarm is a keyless entry and has two wires that are supposed to go to the actuator but it doesn't work while hooked up to the alarm, though it runs with a switch i installed. Do you need relay's to make this work or can it be done without it? Or am i doing something else wrong, any feedback welcome. If you know anyone knows anyone who installs alarms for decent price (less than $200) let me know also. Thanks for any help.

Yes you need relays.

If you are in the 757, PM me and I will give you my friends number, he will gladly do the alarm for a far more than fair price.
