hey bay mechanical does powdercoating for a decent price, i havent gotten mine done yet because i have no time, and plus im lazy as hell but i talk to the guy that does the the powdeercoating and he said depending on the color you want. they range from like $35 up to $55 per rim but it all depends on what color you want.

Peninsula Custom Coaters does good work for fairly cheap there located about 10 minutes. from Ft Eustis.
