I got a ticket this morning. He said he was pacing me in my blind spot two lanes to my right. You think I can get out of it? I haven't gotten a speeding ticket in 3 years(Sep '01). I mean, shit, most people go like 65-70 anyways.
What do ya'll think?

Also, isn't more than 15mph over considered reckless? or is it diff't on the highway? Just wondering cuz the ticket he gave me was prepayable, and I didn't think you could prepay a reckless.

 

19/20 over is reckless. I'm sure you could pay it and it wouldn't affect you. Or you could go to court and you would probably see Improper driving, if not dropped. I wouldn't get a lawyer. Good luck.

i always go to court for my tickets that i have gotten. your gonna pay the same amount anyways so why not go and possibly get the chance to get it dropped or reduced you never know. but then again my work schedule and school schedule allows for this some people cant always do that. good luck
