Precision Auto Body in Manassas park, they are the best body shop in VA period. They do work on vipers and porches just to give you some examples. Mostly high valued cars. They do all my family's cars. They also did my trd body kit on my old 2002 celica for me, painted it and installed it. Ask anyone that had seen it, they thought it was factory paint.

I would reconmend putting the kit on yourself, or get some buddies to help you. They will rape you on the charges when something is simply a bolt-on affair.

Painting wise... Try a couple of body shops, most of them you can call and get a quote on.
