tell me people?? how does a person get fired for being early to work?? LOL

 

If he/she is paid hourly and clocks in early on a consistent basis when they are not needed, then they are costing the company more money then the company has budgeted for. That is if the person comes in like an hour or 2 hours early every workday. If the person came in say 5-10 minutes early, then they were looking to fire you to begin with and they don't really need a reason to do it (most employment contracts have their employees under "At Will" employment which means they can fire you at any time for no reason whatsoever and that you can leave them and quit whenever you want to). Good luck on finding a new job.
