hey everyone.. i got 20% tint all around awhile back.. then i got a ticket for it.. no points off but they dismissed it at court cuz i got the front ones removed.. well i went out after about a year later and got the windows retinted but to 35% on front ones only and 20% still on the back 3.. since i have been pulled over ONCE for tints.. what happens the second time? can i just pay the fine?

just pay the fine, my friend ended up becoming a habitual offender, so they ended up pulling him over and taking his plates away, made him tow the car home. They gave him two weeks to get the exhuast and tint fixed..

 

how many times did he get pulled over? i really dont wanna take the tints off i just wanna pay the fine and be on my way lol

 

he was a habitual offender..prolly like 10 or 15 he got pulled 3 times in one day lol..but he has 5% upfront and 0 in the back...funny thing it was in a domestic non import lol

 

Dont have window tint in Chesapeake, they will pull you so quick, got a ticket last Friday...

 

How much is the fine? You are willing to just pay the fine everytime you get pulled over? Why not just get va state legal tint?

 

just put black trash bags over your windows. its jdm.

 

I got pulled over the other day for 20% all around and the ticket is 30$ along with a 55$ processing fee. I think you can keep on paying it they don't care but 85$ here and there adds up quick.

 

cuz the state limit is so light.. 50%!! looks like theres not even tint
