Re: Where is a junkyard?
If you want one you can pull it yourself, Chesterfield Auto Parts (CAP). Its a pretty busy lot so sometimes its luck of the draw finding a part, depending on what you want.

theres quite a few here as mentioned above CAP is pretty good and one of its sister lots CAR in hopewell if you feel like goin a little further out threres russels and a few others near it .. little more old school but its good place to get parts for newer cars that cap & car dont have. if your feeling lazy ive had great luck with bruces but thats only cars that are 10 years old or newer and you pay a little more but the parts are removed and guarenteed.

Re: Where is a junkyard?
yeah anyone know of pick/n/pull yards around here with newer cars? I frequent CAP but they never have that new of cars, I'd like some place with newer cars, and good prices (CAP is a little steep compared to yards some of my friends go to in other states...)
Thanks

there is a pull it yourself junkyard with lots of hondas down in Dinwiddie. It is like going to VAmotorsportspark. you take that road and after you past the burger(on the left) and such you will pass a grocery store(on the right) then keep going and there is a trailer park(on the left) right before you get to Pamplin historical park(civil war site). Take the left immediately after the trailer park and go down that road for a mile or two and there is a junkyard on the right(Russell's). They have a decent amount of honda's/acura's but also have tons of other cars. You will see the sign for Russell's and turn right down that road and he is a good way back(dirt road). The place is kinda ghetto but you can get some good parts cheap if you are lucky. My buddy got some GSR leather rear seats in perfect shape for $20 bucks. The junkyard is not nearly as organized as CAP or CAR(Circle Auto Recycling) but it still have parts and I saw like 5 96-00 civics and like 4-5 94-01 Integras.
