Default 1990 Mustang GT 5.0 Hatchback Fix-up

My dad gave me this car when he passed away in 2000, but I've hit a deer recently and want to make it look real nice. I want to paint it real glossy black and get some new rims and tires as well as some nice other exterior modifications. I dont know an actual store that could help me out with this as I dont feel comfortable doing anything "myself." I

I would also like to take off my 4 damn cats and get a nice flowing H-pipe (or an x-pipe? which is better?) as well as some headers. I would definitely need someone to put these on for me.

So there you have it. Need some help!!

An x-pipe is a better horsepower gain, and h-pipe is a better torque gain. Get something stainless steel. They're is also PLENTY of 5.0 people that you could meet and get to know and have them help you with your car.

Take it to a body shop and get it painted..... you sound like your in a hurry so bring the lubricant. Haste results in shitty finish. They make about 6546516816546543574165 performance applications for 5.0 foxbodies. Do a Yahoo search, you can't go wrong there.

Where do you suggest I get wheels and rims? I want to have the wheels applied to the rims when i buy and shipped at once. They do that right? Also, how much would a nice glossy black paint job and nice rims and wheels run me?

I don't know much about wheels, sorry. I know that I'm getting some FR500 wheels powerdercoated black for my MACh. Any reputable body shop will do a good paint job. Can't really recommend one over the other.
