Hmmmm... Just take a look around the web for ideas. Color? Design? Functionality?
And as far as voting for the car show... One per email address? You realize I own 37 domain names and can create an unlimited amount of email addresses for each one, that would tip the vote to me depending on how many votes I would like to send in. So yes, a quick $150 for whoever I choose. Come up with something different, learn PHP and you'll be straight.
Just overall, get more professional with it... *shrugs*
Oh yeah, get a domain name too for that.
