LS swap questionS
ok heres the deal....i have a 97 civic ex with a d16y8* and i want a 96 LS (b18b1) and i have some questions....i was wondering if i had to modify the LS axles to make them fit into my stock spot? and i was on this site...http://tech.hybridgarage.com/tech/6gtech/index.html and they said that i need a 99-00 civic si rear mount?? is this true? and what kind of wiring harness modifications are necessary??? this would really help me out if i could talk to someone that has done this b4?? and if you could pm or post back i would greatly appreciate it....
p.s. and if there are any more tips, pointers, things that i need to do this swap please list them....thank you very much

Re: LS swap questionS
no you dont have to modify your axles, yes, you need the si rear bracket and driver side mount and you can use either of the harnesses. ls, or your stock one and modify it.........

Re: LS swap questionS
no problems........its a pretty easy, direct swap, change a couple mounts and modify a harness, and its done.....if you have a complete swap it shouldnt be a problem.......
