hey my friend has these neon tubes inside his car that usually go to the 12v but he spliced the wires and put them thru his fusebox and engine so that there is no messy wires everywhere and he can still use the 12 v outlet.. but he wont show me how.. haha i was wondering if someone could explian to me how to do it

I personally don't do neon, but if its what you are into that's cool,

its easy just go to local auto store. You should be able to get these little clip looking things. You crimp them to the positive + 12 volts wire and then all you do is remove one of your fuses like the radio or something that has power when your key is in on position and it slips overtop of the fuse and you put it back in. that's it. FYI if you choose to not use the clips and just cram the wire in there it will eventually arc and blow the fuse. hope this helps

wait so you mean like the positive wire goes with the 12v wire and the negative goes on the fuse?

no. positive to the fuse...

ground to a ground..
