Default Lowering Springs

Hey I want to lower my car but only like 1.75in or 2in at the most. I drive a 98 civic which lowering springs would be the best?

eibach or H&R, whiteline too if they make honda stuff..

Yeah ground control will let you specify rates (they use custom wound eibach springs) but as far as using the eibach kits I would NOT waste my money on them, if you want a 2 inch drop how stiff do you want them? I prefer neuspeed race's for drop springs for that dropped look and super stiff handling but if you like a softer ride go with the sports (H&R are made by newspeed)

H&R are made by Neuspeed? H&R has a giant spring factory, I'd like some proof on that one.. You sure that Neuspeed isn't made by H&R?

You can order H&R's with custom rates as well.

For your needs I say go with Eibach Sportlines. You should be alright with the stock shocks for a little while, but keep in mind that you may need to replace them down the road.
