The whole reason behind the state inspection process is to make people get good tires and make it safer for you and everyone else on the road. The shops aren't being "dicks" or "tards" cause they make you get new tires. You asking for a "hook up" to put an unsafe car on the road makes YOU a dick and a tard. The Cat thing is not a safety issue and I could care less about, but driving with bad tires is just plain stupid dude. Be safe and get some tires.

yah i agree too, i'm broke there ain't much i can do about it, anyhow only the edges are worn, rest is fine, no steel showing on the tires. if i had the money i would've bought a set, but with wonderful VA laws it has been making it hell for me to get a job. so if you all want to bitch and moan do it in another thread, i asked for help not smartasses.
