got an exciting call from beach ford today. the finance manager told me to swing by and check out the ford gt to see if i would be intrestead. ran my credit and then told me that the car in the show room is going for $260,000 and that the one they have on the way in the spring will be for about $300,000. took a gulp and said fuk that. the car retails for 143,000....are they out of their minds???????

 

The only reason anyone marks up the fuck out of a car's price is because they know some sap will shell out that much for it.

jesus christ!! i thought the 15k mark up they tried to get me on was bad! (i ended up paying under sticker) man most of the people i know that can afford that are smart enough to not get ripped off. i feel sorry for the guy that pays that much
