Where is there a good homestyle Italian Restaurant in the 757. Not the Ghetto Garder either please.

Thank You

How much are you looking to spend? Le Galeria on College (dr. or ave; not sure) in downtown Norfolk is hands down the best in the area. It's probably the best restraunt I've been to in the 757. It's not terribly expensive, but way more than Olove Garden or something like that. It'll be $20+ per plate. I'd expect more like $30+ if I were you. I know thats not expensive compared to what you could spend, but I'm just letting you know.

I'd recommend that you call for reservations as well.

fuck La Galeria, that place was overpriced. I paid $75 for two people, not including gratuity. The food wasn't that great for that price.

I said it was expensive. I've been quite a few times and have always thought the food was incredible. The service is awesome and it has a nice atmosphere. You are the first person I have ever heard that was not happy.

The food was good, but not for the price. I could have spared it. Other than that, I didn't have a bad time. They were good about service, but they do not seperate checks. We had 8-9 couples and a calculator.

I think the last time I went I had blackened red snapper over some pasta. It was $25 I think, but was well worth the money. Shit, you could spend that at Red Lobster and not have near the quality of food or service....I know I've done it before.
