all this talk about jenkins.......

would it be legal to carry around a video camera and flip it on if u get pulled over and it happens to be JENKINS?!

i just want video footage of him making an ass of him self to show to the judge

No, it's not illegal and they actually make in car camera mounts and remote turn on switches for video cameras.

Wrong! A private conversation between two individuals over a telephone, yes. A public service stop by a public representative out in the open, no. Cops record people all the time and don't tell you a damn thing because it's not necessary.

The second tells you that no consent is needed if there is a resonable expectation that the conversation will remain private. I'm sure you have all heard the police officer tell the judge anything and everything that you may have said in order to win the case.

Therefore, TAPING YOUR TRAFFIC STOP IS LEGAL!!!
