Jen, from your profile page and screen name, you appear to have an Acura Integra 2000 model year. Can you describe where you find the water leaking from? Is it around one of the window seals? Visible crack or just appears to "soak through"?

If it is around one of the windows that can not be opened (ie: windshield, back window), there are sealants that you can apply that are similar to rubber cement in the way that it is applied. For a more professional job, call up your car insurance agent for a recommendation as they maintain records for referrals based on cost, quality, and reputation.

You're going to have to replace the weather stripping around the trunk lid. Any monkey with 20 free minutes should be able to do that.
