I have some Tokico struts and intrax springs that i need installed. Does anyone here do this or know of a good shop to have it done at? either post here or pm me.

NoVA, falls church to be exact but i can go anywhere in the NoVA area. any help is greatly appreciated.

I would but falls church is too far...have you thought about doing it yourself? It's probably the easiest thing you can do to your car

 

It is really easy to do. I just did my friend's about a week ago where he had eibach springs and KYB shocks. All you have to do is set aside 2 days for newbies (literally there is only 4 bolts on each strut to totally take them out) Why I say 2 days is because (if you have a honda/acura) the rear LCA bolts may seize up causing you not to be able to get them out that day. If that happens...Soak em every like 15 minutes for like 2 hours or somewhere around that and then keep trying to get it out. If your still having a problem...Wait the next day and try. If not go to a shop or borrow a friend's torch. I got a friend to bring a torch but it wasnt necessary when I tried it one last time on the next day. Good luck. BTW it is time consuming but hella fun to do it yourself. I am sure if you offer maybe lunch or 10 or 20 bucks you can get anybody on this board to do it. Even me. LOL. First try to rally your friends though and get it done for free.

yeah i have no prob paying for someone to do it long as it is reasonable.

 

man i did my boys corrolla it wasnt too bad..but you might got some rusted bolts make sure you have back ups

 

For $100 I'll do it. Pm me, I've done over 20 spring/shock installations and shouldnt take longer than 2 hrs at the very most.
