Cast iron manifold, coated?
I bought a cast iron manifold, is their any kind of coating or paint i can spray it with to make it not have that rusted look after 1year or so of use?
Grind some of the rust off, ceramic coating inside wouldn't be a bad idea. As for the outside, Wally World should have some high-temp spray paint or coating. Check to see what your normal operating exhaust temps are.

eastwood makes a stainless coating, it worked well on the manifolds on the BOSS i restored, however, i dont know how well it would work on a turbo manifold.
Jet hot. expensive, but damn good.

Check with your local powdercoating company. Most of them can do a high temp coating. We have our kart exhaust pipes done, and they have lasted 2 seasons at 1800 degree temps during races.
