Default Help with scratches on wheels!

I have scratches on my wheels, however, I believe that the scratches are on on the clearcoat of the wheels, on the aluminum finish part of the wheels. What can I do to get rid of the scratches? Can I strip the clearcoat, and just leave em without the clearcoat? Is there a place I can take them to? Thanks!

I have been advised to try some 3M Finesse compound. If that doesn't work, I may consult the dealer. Here are pics of the scratches....

that looks more like the clearcoat is just cracking.

If you decide to just strip the clear you'll have to polish the rims on a regular basis. Rim Dr. will charge ~50/rim for stripping & re-clearing.
