Its a 1999 Ford Explorer, forest green with some damage to the front bumper from probably another road rage incident, registered in Richmond City, driver is 40ish years old, very tall, heavey set, European by the way he talked, had a black girlfriend/wife, his license plate was DOE II

long story short he is insane and tried to run me off the road on my bike into a row of parked cars and kill me, stopped in the middle of the road and came back after me in a rage to i guess beat my ass but a friend saw what happened and came to help, they didn't even put down their kickstand they just got halfway stopped and jumped off their bike and ran over and in the process laid it down, so he got back in his car and took off, we followed him and he ran into lowe's with his wife, someone called the police and told him to wait until they arrive and he said fuck off and left, we waited for a long ass time and they never showed and didn't really sound concerned, so i called them back and said don't worry about it and i doubt anything can be done now since it would be simply a matter of my word against his and no one actually got hurt....

if no one knows of this car, anyone know how you can find out someone's adress using a license plate?

DMV, pay a small fee, get public information. Would I recommend doing anything criminal? Hell no, as it would be traceable back to you.

People really dont have respect for some bikers. i had a guy cut me off and try to hit me with his car off courthouse rd. Too much road rage out there.

the whole story is... me and 3 guys are riding down broad street sunday morning to go get breakfast on main street, i'm passing the science museum area when i hear something fall out of the trunk of my bike and hit the ground, immediatly my friend pulls next to me and says 'hey something dropped out of your bike', well if its my cell phone i don't want it getting run over so i look for a place to turn around, but you know its alot of one way streets so it takes me a second, i'm still doing about 25, the speed limit, but we had been doing like 35 so i slowed down but its not like i was just puting down the middle of broad street at 5 mph, well that guy gets literally right against my tail, i could have reached back and touched his hood, his slamming on the horn pounding his fists in the air in and absolute fit, i can see his face red and his screaming at the top of his lungs, his wife or whatever is just shaking her head, so i turn around and give him the finger, the instant i do that he jumps into the middle lane and floors it, i think great go ahead and speed off thinking he'll just flip me off also or something as he goes by, but as soon as he gets next to me he swerves right into me, if i hadn't swerved right he would have run right over top of me, he doesn't back down so he runs me straight at a row of parked cars, i've got the bike all out of shape sideways having to swerve and jam on the brakes at the same time, if i was a newer rider i wouldn't have kept it up and would have went sliding into the back of the cars, i get it slowed down just enough to avoid the car and have to run up on the sidewalk, its the closest call i've had on a bike so i just stop and sit there thinking damn that guy is fucking crazy, well he comes screeching to halt and jumps out of his car leaving it in the middle of broad street and runs at me screaming fuck you and what not, at this point my friend who saw what happened sees him charging at me and stops so fast to come help he doesn't even put down his kickstand, just jumps off his bike and runs over, so thanks to that asshole he dropped his bike, he sees him and stops and says what the fuck is your problem, i stay calm and say sir i believe i dropped my cell phone back there and was trying to turn around to pick it up before it got ran over, you can't just run right into the back of me and he asks me in his silly european accent "Vat was wif ze finger huh buddy?" and i say you were the one in the wrong, you can't just run someone off the road because of that, your in a big ass truck i'm on a bike, if i hit those cars i would have died, he just sticks his middle finger right into my face and says FUCK YOU and gets back in his car and speeds off, we jump on our bikes and follow him at a far distance not knowing what he will do next, he pulls into lowe's so we do also and we park like 200 feet away so there is no confrontation, well he sees us and comes running over and is like what the fuck do you guys want now, someone that saw it all says they have called the police and for him not to go anywhere, he says what do you call the police for lets settle this just you and me(i'm 5'9", 135 lbs soaking wet), he's 6'7+, 350 lbs, and double my age, how mature... i say sir the police will handle it, don't go anywhere, he says fuck all you guys and walks into lowe's with his wife... we wait for quite some time and he doesn't come back out and the police don't show, i guess they had alot of other stuff to do at 10:30 on a sunday morning, but if i had been a teenager skateboarding in a public park or something you can be assured they would have deployed the swat team... at this point i'm late for a early thanksgiving lunch with my grandparents so i call the police back and say don't worry about it, i take a look at his car for anything that might give me an idea of who he is but just a richmond city sticker and an oil change sticker that identifies it as a 1999 model

i've been meaning to take the concealed weapons permit class for the longest time... but its shit like this that actually makes me NOT want it, i'd rather get my ass beat than go to prison for shooting someone that deserved it
