If you own a 92-95 Civic CX, any 92-95 Civic Si/EX hatch/coupe front lip will fit. I'm not sure if they made a four door EX during that time period, but a four door front bumper is completely different from a coupe/hatch front bumper.

my friend has a 4 door ex in one of those years.. i thought the only thing different about the front bumpers between the coupe/hatches and the 4 doors was the grill in the front, or the air dam or what ever you call the opened spaces..

the only difference should be the side skirts but... uh... well unless the front lip is from another year it should fit. how far is it off?

no the bumpers are different as well the fenders and corner lights. the lip should fit. when i did mine i didnt have the mounting pieces, i drilled holes and made it fit. but to my knowledge it should fit.
