Default Failure to maintain proper control

so i skidded out and hit a lap post. didn't hit any other cars. had nothing to drink. passinger is fine.

how serius is this? i just read that it is the same as a reckless driving. i know that reckless is a criminal charge but my trial is at a traffic court.

has anyone else had one of these?

.. reckless isn't criminal.

You'll be fine.

Probably ~$250 plus court costs.
