I was pulled over by an O.J. Jenkins on 66 last week. He's a statey. Is that the one that everyone talks shit about?
I was clocked at 82 in a 55, but I recieved a 74 in a 55 tiket, to avoid r/d.

Nope, that is 1 of the 2 Jenkins. I dunno why he cut u a break thou. O.J. is the one who pulled Shaun with the turbo s2k. I got pulled by C.I. , thats the FFX one around Chantilly. I dunno which one is worse, but I got pulled by C.I. and got FUCKED up in court. So ya, O.J. Jenkins = VSP ... C.I. Jenkins = FFX. Although C.I. used to be a state po as well, but now hes just FFX.

 

jenkins and officer virgil arrested two of my friends. twice in one day, for "being suspecious".. well not really "arrest" but put in handcuffs, searched and brought home.. twice in one day

 

Thats called harrasment. There's clearly some things that this officer Jenkins has done that are illegal/unethical. The only way to get this guy off the streets is to file a complaint with Internal Affairs. If enough people complain, they (FCPD) will take action, which could result in him being reasigned, or even fired.
