Blinker/Body Kit Problem

Hey, i just bought a 96 Integra GSR from ohio and had it shipped over here. The only problem is that the kit that it has on it covers the blinkers. The top two lights are fine. Whats the best way to mod it right? Thanks for your help

Post a picture of that area of the kit, I could probably recommend something..
