he flew by me while i was driving down the road like a regular person, i noticed him in my rear view mirrow hauling ass...
so i'd consider that a fly by, because he blew off directly on me, and i doubt that was a coincidence

 

Well since it is an SRT4 chances are he bought it and thinks he is the hot shit now, so it probably wasn't a coincidence. If I blow by you on the interstate though, I am just speeding.
