if anybody has a room or basement for rent around the gmu/centreville area for two people lmk price per month and any info you got. Looking to move out in the next month so somebody please help me out, pz

 

I'm looking for a place as well. if you find a place near the fairfax GMU campus lemme know. Maybe we can find an apartment or townhouse together.

 

it's a shame I'm not moving yet, I have a 4 story TH that I'm going to rent out when i move into my new house.

Hmm...I guess I will put up my info here also. I'm trying to get into GMU for the Spring semester, but they won't guarantee me a spot on campus. So, I'm looking for a place in Fairfax by GMU, Fair Lakes, Fair Oaks, that general area. If anybody has any info, shoot me a pm with details. I would also consider a place by Dulles or maybe as far as Ashburn, but the closer to GMU and Fairfax the better. Again any info would be appreciated.

 

I see that I'm not the only one, lol if any of you are responsible with paying your rent on time might be able to rent a house. Responsible=having a job that pays consistently and paying your bills on time.

I was going to move with another guy but he became extreemmmlly annoying and overbearing. I'd like a place like 5-10 minutes from GMU just b/c I don't want to deal with traffic, also will have to take a shuttle to pw in 2005-2006

 

ah.. well it's not 5-10 minutes, but it's a pretty quick ride down 123 to Springfield. it won't be until mid 2005 probably. New House is going to be built.

 

finished basement, fireplace, loft, etc..
