Default Local DSM'S

I've searched a couple times, but still no real answer. Im about to do the manual to power window conversion, and I have NO electronics skill. Anybody ever done this AND FINISHED? I will pay someone locally if they wanna help?

i can't imagine it being extremley hard, a ground, power wire with key on tap into one of those.... and run it to the swtich yada yada short run down

when are you gonna do it id be willing to give a hand possibly
