but for the 30 bucks your going to pay somebody, you can buy a cheap ass set for starters and do some shit. How the fuck can you manage to operate let alone tune your car with zero tools. Maybe you should sell your muffler, or excuse me, your catback, and get some tools so that the next time you get a bolt on, you can actually "bolt it on".
