Default B16 shift linkage help

the bar that comes out of the tranny that the shift linkage hooks up to is bent (where you put the pin in)...does anyone know a way to bend it back or a way to replace it without taking the tranny off bc this shit is pising me off..and if you know what to do is anyone willing to help. i tried hammering it back but there is not much space..but let me know if you have any ideas

Find out how far its off, then take it off the car and heat it where it needs to be bent and with it in a vice, bend it. The heat should help it to be easier to bend.
