Default J32A2 (3.2 CL type S) into a 5th gen Accord (1996 specifically)

How do you get a J32A2 (3.2 CL type S) into a 5th gen Accord (1996 specifically)? I'm going to look at an Accord with this swap completed.

Ideas?

Comments?

Anyone know anything about this at all?

Please... Info only. Gawkers will get pics later maybe.
