I dont know if this is old news, but it's new to me ...

i was in downtown norfolk attempting to take pics of a friends car when a cop on a segway rolled up.

anyone else seen cops on segways?

haven't seen them yet but saw the news article on it. the can do 15 mph for like 5min or a total distance of 5 miles b4 the battery dies. and each unit cost the city like 40g's i think.

I'm sorry, but i'd be arrested if a cop on a segway tried to do anything. I'd be laughing so hard. Thats gotta be the shit job right there. I'd rather be a horse cop.
