seen 1995 civic?

I know this isn't a very good description but any one in Newport News seen a white 1995 honda civic ex. Its lowerd, and has some racing hart rims, the windows are tinted. Don't know much about, wondering if anyones seen it

A lowered civic with tinted windows and rims...I see him all the time. Hes everywhere.

Yea I saw him in Va beach at almost every intersection....then I saw him in Norfolk this afternoon at every other intersection...alternately booming bass. Then in Chesapeake there weren't EXs...they were SIs and they all had stock rims.
