i have an 89 crx si, and i just bought a 90-91 front bumper and it doesnt line up right. i know that they are not exactly the same, but is there any way to make it fit. thanks

 

bumper fenders hood and headlights are all different , buy a whole front end

 

i need fenders and a hood anyways. It will fit for sure if i do that tho? thanks for the help

 

ummm That doesnt make sense.... I put a 91 front bumper on my 89 and it fits fine

I have a 88 Si and I have a 91 front bumper that's fits Perfectly!
And that's with a 88 hood, fenders, and lights!

Hey White CRX, is this bumper an OEM bumper, or one of those $75 clones?
The reason I ask is because I bought a clone some time ago, and it did not fit...and it WAS for a 88. I bought an OEM 91 and it fit perfectly.
Aftermarket bumpers don't always fit or line up right. I can also say from my time in a body shop that aftermarket hoods and fenders sometimes don't fit right either.

In this market...you get what you pay for.

did you use your 88 bumper support or did you use the 90-91 one? because i tried it with the 90-91.

 

I used the 91 HF bumper support. much lighter

 

hmm.....i dunno man, i guess ill mess with it again and see what happens. thanks for the info.
