If anyone knows any shops in the area that are open to rent or coming up for rent please let me know. Im not looking for an automotive shop. It does not have to have any bays or lifts just a few seperated rooms with one or two larger ones if possible. 1500 sqft. and up. Id like Norfolk but southside will do.

I actually had written up a business plan and did some research for an auto hobby shop but the insurance/legality fees made me step back a bit, maybe one day.

Look into commercial property company websites. They usually have listings what properties are available and their zoning.

 

Cool Im not trying to open an auto shop, just need a shop like in a shopping center.
