trying to find my heater core on my 89 crx dont have heat right now and it is kind of cold if any one can help me hit me up

 

look behind your console under your climate controls radio and all that. i think its there up in toward teh dash

 

the whole dash has to come out to get to it

 

yep sure does. do you know for sure it's your heater core though? may want to check your heater hoses and see if they're even hot first instead of going through all that. also check your thermostat and see if you 1. have one and 2. if it's any good. there are a lot of things you can look for before trying to replace the core. easier things. but yes, it's behind the dash and i think it is where the radio and things are but not too sure. some are where the glovebox is but way behind it.

 

its inside of the black box behind the radio.

 

i would check the heater control valve and the other actuator controls before tearing out the dash.
