Default D series block's

I want to clear this up for me and any other person that dosen't know for sure. Can a D series block be switched between a

1.) D16 a6
2.) D16 z6
3.) D16 y7
4.) D16 y8
5.) D15 b7

and any others those are jsut some the cam to mind first.
any one that knows for sure please let me know. i have been told that they can and also i have been told that they can't. if you don't know for sure 100%+ then don't say that it can or can't just so that there isn't any confusion. ( not to sound like a jerk and i don't mean to so don't take offense to it.)

Thanks in advance

the blocks/heads are all interchangeable and any d series tranny will bolt to any d series block. some of the internals are not.
