on the way to lynnhaven mall today saw a horrible accident near Rosemont and Lynnhaven around 12:30 in the afternoon. A motorcycle had t-boned a minivan. as we were passing, we saw he went halfway through the window of the minivan and his legs were still hanging out. Although it looked pretty grim, it would be a relief if he is ok. Did anyone else see it?

 

My dad is a captain in the VB fire dept, and he is actually the captain of the station right there on rosemont. He was off today, but he works tomorrow so I'm sure he will hear about it from the guys that worked today. I'll post up some info on it sometime tomorrow.

Any updates on this? I saw it too (afterwards). That bike looks like it hit the van pretty hard.

 

damn, sounds like one hell of an accident. "ok" will probably be an overstatement. he should be happy to be alive if he is. But, if he was wearing all the riding gear that is suggested, who knows.

 

other than helmet riding gear won't do that much if you slam into the side of a car lol, even with the armor that's in some.
