Exclamation Roomate moving out: Need another
My present roomate is moving out next month. I need to fill his spot with very honest and responsible person.

The low down:
House in Hampton, VA
4 bed rooms
1 1/2 baths
Untilities included in rent
wireless broadband included
$400.00 a month / with year agreement*

In nice niegborhood with plenty of parking, some garage space, and shed out back for storage.
