Picking up the 2005 Ducati Monster S2R Dark........wanted another bike for cruising/fun. I pick it up in Richmond on Friday. Teaching the girlfriend to ride so she gets to use this after she's done with the MSF course.

These are both sub $9000 bikes (600RR & S2R).......I wish I could afford the 999R. Mid-life ownz.

 

That's not nice ...... I was gonna let you ride one when you needed a bike fix.

 

haha its all good but you can help me change out my chain and sprockets when I do ...... you can also leave me your car when you go out of town also

 

i like the exhaust

 

I decided to go from the 620 Dark to the S2R Dark. I like the exhaust and the single-sided swingarm/Marchesini wheels better. The S2R has much better lean angle. I won't be doing too much in the modification process, but I am putting on Termignoni carbon fiber slip-onexhaust. Very sweet sounding. Still luv my 600RR though.
