Default squeaking?

when i turn my steering wheel to the left it makes a god awefully squeak. it can be heard inside and outside...any ideas???

Is it coming from the steering wheel or inside column? If so pull the steering wheel and lube the clock spring. If it seems like its coming from suspension, lubericate one set of front bushings at a time then drive the car and see if the noise goes away, if that works either replace or remove the noisy bushings and throughly lube them.

check your bushings... one is probably worn the fuck out.
